This case is currently set for trial at the Court's September 9, 2024, Los Angeles, California trial session. On April 30, 2024, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance and a Motion to Remand, requesting that this case be remanded to the Office of Appeals for further consideration. Petitioner does not object. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed April 30, 2024, is granted, and this case is stricken from the Court's September 9, 2024, Los Angeles, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remand, filed April 30, 2024, is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for further proceedings consistent with the matters discussed in the motion. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced hearing shall take place at respondent's Office of Appeals located closest to petitioners' residence or at another mutually acceptable location, and at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than July 30, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 30, 2024, the parties shall file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
