ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

By Order served June 27, 2023, the Court directed petitioners to file an amended petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. Petitioners paid the filing fee but did not file an amended petition. On August 30, 2023, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that petitioners had failed to file an amended petition.

On September 7, 2023, petitioners filed an amended petition. The Court will vacate the Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction and thereby allow this case to go forward.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered August 30, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside.
