The Court's Orders served August 12, 2021, and August 16, 2021, on petitioner, having been returned to the Court by the U.S. Postal Service, the envelope in which they were received having been marked "Return To Sender, Not Deliverable as Addressed, Unable To Forward," it is

ORDERED that petitioner's address is changed on the Court's records to be: 1008 Caroland Avenue, Apartment 2410, Burlingame, California 94010. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a copy of the Court's Orders served August 12, 2021, and August 16, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee (or submit an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee) is extended to October 13, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a Ratification of Petition, in paper form (not electronic) and bearing the original signature (preferably in blue ink) of petitioner, is extended to October 13, 2021.

If a Ratification of Petition and filing fee are not received by October 13, 2021, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
