William Reed, Pro Se.

Megan K. Gabbar Bruyns, 1200 Market St. Room 314, St. Louis, MO 63103, For Respondent.

Before Colleen Dolan, C.J., Robert M. Clayton III, J., and Robin Ransom, J.

ORDER

PER CURIAM.

William Reed ("Appellant") appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of the City of St. Louis (the "City") on Appellant’s action against the City. Finding that the trial court did not err in granting summary judgment in favor of the City, we affirm the judgment of the trial court. No jurisprudential purpose would be served by a written opinion. However, we have provided the parties a memorandum setting forth the reasons for our decision. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed under Rule 84.16(b).
