    If proper procedures are not followed in a timely fashion, a claim of privilege may be deemed waived. Id. ; see alsoReed v. Adamec, 2014 Ark. App. 170, 2014 WL 988937. Here, it is beyond dispute that Gerber did not make a privilege objection or ask for a protective order in its 2013 response to the first set of RFPs; in fact, Gerber did not make any cognizable claim of privilege until its privilege logs were provided to CECO in July 2015 and February 2016.
