This case was transferred from the Supreme Court pursuant to statute.
In an opinion announced this date in case no. 71--180, entitled Carol Jean Reeb v. Civil Service Commission of the State of Colorado, 503 P.2d 629, this court affirmed a judgment setting aside an order of the Civil Service Commission discharging Carol Jean Reeb from her position in the classified service of the State of Colorado.
While the disciplinary proceedings, which were the subject matter of that appeal, were pending before the Civil Service Commission, Carol Jean Reeb commenced an action seeking an order requiring the Commission to reinstate her to her position with full pay pending final determination of the disciplinary proceedings. The court dismissed the action, and Carol Jean Reeb prosecuted this writ of error seeking reversal of the judgment.
The judgment in case no. 71--180, 503 P.2d 629, which has now been affirmed, requires plaintiff's reinstatement as of the date of her discharge without los of pay. No other or different relief is available to her in the within action, and the issues on this writ of error are moot.
Writ of error dismissed.
