PRESENT:

Respondents having moved to strike an addendum to appellant's reply brief and certain pages in appellant's brief as dehors the record on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on November 28, 2017, and January 2, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Joseph M. Finnerty, Esq., sworn to July 5, 2018, and July 27, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Deepika Reddy sworn to July 25, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the addendum to appellant's reply brief, and any reference thereto in appellant's briefs, are hereby deemed stricken (see Sanders v Tim Hortons, 57 AD3d 1419, 1420 [4th Dept 2008]).
