DEEPIKA REDDY, PLAINTIFF-APPELLANT, v. GILLES R.R. ABITBOL, DEFENDANT-RESPONDENT.

PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an order of this Court "dismissing" or vacating the amended order and order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on July 26, 2018, and December 7, 2019, on the ground that Supreme Court lacked subject matter jurisdiction, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks an order dismissing and vacating the orders appealed without prejudice and leave to renew any arguments in support of or in opposition to this aspect of the motion in the parties' briefs and at oral argument, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
