ORDER OF DISMISSAL


THIS MATTER having come on before the Court upon the joint stipulation for dismissal of the parties, and the Court having reviewed the file and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

1. The above-styled cause is dismissed with prejudice, each party to bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.

2. This Court reserves jurisdiction to enforce the terms and conditions of the settlement, as laas of the settlement is filed within 17 days of this order.

DONE AND ORDERED.
