Judgment modified on the facts by increasing the amount thereof to $5,000, and as modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. Order affirmed, without costs. All concur. (The judgment reduced by stipulation filed by plaintiff, is for plaintiff in an action to recover accumulation of alimony. The order denies defendant's motion for a new trial if plaintiff filed stipulation.)
