Appeal from the decision by the defendant determining that the plaintiff had illegally sold a raffle ticket, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and tried to the court, Maloney, J.; judgment sustaining the appeal and remanding the case for further proceedings; thereafter, the court, Licari, J., denied the plaintiff's motion for attorney's fees, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
