DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered April 25, 2011, August 3, 2011, and December 2, 2011, respectively, and a money judgment of the Supreme Court entered December 2, 2011, as a poor person.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals from the orders entered April 25, 2011, and August 3, 2011, is enlarged to May 2, 2012, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filled on or before that date.
