BRIAN REAUX, Appellant v. GEORGE ABDOU, Appellee

On Appeal from the County Court at Law Rockwall County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 1-16-0989

ORDER

By letter dated July 17, 2017, we informed appellant the court reporter had notified the Court that the reporter's record was not being filed because appellant had failed to request and pay for the record. We directed appellant to file, within ten days of the date of the letter, written verification he had requested the record and either paid or made arrangements to pay for the record or was entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We cautioned appellant that failure to provide the requested verification could result in the appeal being submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c).

Despite the cautionary language, appellant has not complied. Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See id. As the clerk's record has been filed, we further ORDER appellant to file his brief no later than September 7, 2017. See id. 38.6.
