DAYLON EUGENE REASON, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 2 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. F19-76822-I

ORDER

ERIN A. NOWELL JUSTICE

Before the Court is the State's March 18, 2022 motion to supplement the record with certain exhibits. A review of this appeal shows that the reporter's record was filed on December 1, 2021. Missing from the record are State's Exhibit 20, entitled "Surveillance Video Disk," and Exhibit 35, entitled "Air One Video Disk." Both exhibits were admitted at trial.

We GRANT the motion and ORDER court reporter Mary Snider to file, WITHIN TEN DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS ORDER, a supplemental reporter's record with true and correct playable copies of State's Exhibit 20, entitled "Surveillance Video Disk," and Exhibit 35, entitled "Air One Video Disk."

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Nancy Kennedy, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 2; to Mary Snider, official court reporter, Criminal District Court No. 2; and to counsel for all parties.
