TRADE MARKS AND TRADE NAMES, § 14 — infringement. Defendant was properly enjoined from trade mark and trade name infringement, where plaintiff distributed frankfurters under name "Real" frankfurters, and there was some confusion with defendant's use of the name "Reo," and defendant admitted use of deceptive containers by contending that it had abandoned such use before trial by agreement with plaintiff.
