Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on August 25, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Amy Archer Flaherty, Esq., sworn to May 30, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Michael R. Drumm, Esq., sworn to June 9, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 16, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 15, 2015, and inserting in its place the date August 14, 2015.
