This case was previously set for trial at the Court's session scheduled to begin in Chicago, Illinois on May 18, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.
On November 2, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report, which indicated that the Commissioner is awaiting documentation from petitioner to substantiate its position. The parties request an additional 120 days to file a stipulated decision or a joint status report. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before March 8, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or a joint status report detailing the progress and the then-present status of this case.
