This case was previously calendared at the Court's May 18, 2020, Chicago, Illinois trial session. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.
On January 16, 2024, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that the parties are cooperating and continuing to work together towards a resolution. On February 20, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties. In light of the discussion, it is
ORDERED that, on or before June 20, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report apprising the Court of the then-present status of this case.
