This case was previously set for trial at the Court's session scheduled to begin in Chicago, Illinois on May 18, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.
On October 11, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report indicating that they are cooperating and continuing to work towards a resolution in this case. After due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before January 19, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report detailing progress towards settlement and the then-present status of this case. The Court may be inclined to hold a conference call with the parties after reviewing the status report.
