This case was previously set for trial at the Court's session scheduled to begin in Chicago, Illinois on May 18, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, that trial session was canceled, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.
On March 7, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report, which indicated that a flight log has been exchanged and that the parties are still continuing to work through the remaining issues. Upon due consideration, it is
