ANGEL RICARDO RAZO, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the Criminal District Court No. 5 Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F13-60370-L

ORDER

Before the Court is appellant's February 15, 2018 motion to extend time to file his brief. Appellant's brief was originally due December 4, 2017. After the Court granted two motions to extend time, his brief was due February 13, 2018. In his motion, appellant asks for an additional ten days to file his brief. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the brief filed by February 23, 2018. Absent extenuating circumstances, the failure to file the brief by that date will result in this appeal being abated for a hearing.
