RAYMUNDO DEANDA RAYOS, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 144th District Court Bexar County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2021CR11755

ORDER

ERIN A. NOWELL JUSTICE

The reporter's record is overdue. On March 8, 2024, court reporter Delcine Benavides notified this Court that appellant had not requested the reporter's record. However, the clerk's record shows appellant filed his "Request for Preparation of Reporter's Record and Designation of Matters to Be Included" on January 24, 2024. The clerk's record also shows the trial court granted appellant's Motion for Free Reporter's Record on January 31, 2024.

Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Benavides to file the reporter's record on or before APRIL 12, 2024.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to Delcine Benavides, Court Reporter; Amy Hinds, Official Court Reporter, 144th District Court; and counsel for all parties.
