LOY G. RAYMORE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On July 8, 2024, petitioner made an electronic filing with the Court at Docket Index No. 11, designating the filing as petitioner's "Motion to Proceed Remotely." The purpose of this filing-consisting solely of a letter apparently sent to petitioner by a representative of respondent regarding the status of this case-is not clear to the Court. In any event, the letter is not a proper document to file with the Court and accordingly will be stricken from the record.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced filing at Docket Index No. 11 is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
