Action to recover for work, labor and services rendered, and for materials furnished, and to foreclose a mechanic's lien. Order, insofar as appealed from, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, the examinations to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Taylor, JJ., concur.
