Carlos Antonio RAYMOND, Appellant v. Martin Joseph ROY and Pizza Ventrue of San Antonio, LLC d/b/a Papa Johns Pizza, Appellees

From the County Court At Law No. 10, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015CV00935
Honorable David J. Rodriguez, Judge Presiding

ORDER

On April 10, 2017, Appellant Carlos Antonio Raymond filed a motion for new trial in accordance with Rule 59 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and a second motion for appointment of counsel on appeal.

Appellant's previous motion for appointment of counsel on appeal was denied on March 3, 2017. For the same reasons we gave in our March 3, 2017 order, Appellant's motion for appointment of counsel on appeal is again DENIED.

Appellant's motion for new trial under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is inapt; the motion is DENIED.
