ORDER

On March 27, 2017, Appellant Carlos Antonio Raymond moved this court to order Gregg R. Brown, counsel for Appellee Pizza Venture of San Antonio, LLC, to produce documents from his files and deliver them to Appellant.

On April 3, 2017, in Pizza Venture of San Antonio, LLC's response to Appellant's March 27, 2017 motion, counsel Gregg R. Brown stated that "all of the evidence . . . is in the trial court record [and] [a]ll other records not admitted in evidence, but obtained by Pizza Venture in discovery, are in [Appellant's trial counsel's] possession."

Appellant's March 27, 2017 motion for an order to produce evidence is DENIED.
