State, 510 So.2d 1253, 1254 (Fla. 1st DCA 1987); see also Rayam v. Greyhound Lines, Inc., 347 So.2d 842 (Fla. 1st DCA 1977); Olive v. State, 131 Fla. 548, 179 So. 811 (Fla. 1938). In the instant case, Couch's counsel made a speaking objection.
