Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief on the appeals taken herein from orders and a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on September 29, 2016, November 16, 2016, and June 19, 2017

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Brian D. Ginsberg, Esq., dated November 2, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Stephen Ciotoli, Esq., dated November 13, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
