This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's May 9, 2022, Washington, D.C. trial session. On February 10, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision (Doc. 10). By Order served February 14, 2022, petitioner was directed to file a response to respondent's motion on before March 4, 2022.

On April 11, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 14).

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision filed February 10, 2022, is denied as moot.
