Respondent having moved to dismiss the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Wyoming County, entered February 7, 2020, on the ground that the appeal is moot,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed as moot (see e.g. Matter of Suarez v Fischer, 112 AD3d 1344 [4th Dept 2013]; Matter of Robles v Evans, 100 AD3d 1455 [4th Dept 2012]).
