An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Livingston County, entered in the office of the Clerk of said Court on January 10, 2012, and an application having been made by Mary Kay Yanik, Esq., for substitution of counsel as attorney for the child,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Mary Kay Yanik, Esq., dated February 6, 2012,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Kimberly W. Weisbeck, Esq., 3349 Monroe Avenue, Suite 288, Rochester, New York 14618, is hereby assigned as attorney for the child.
