ORDER

Joseph H. Gale, Judge.

On September 25, 2020, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute. Thereafter, on September 30, 2020, the Court issued an Order and Order to Show Cause. However, the case was then tried during the Court's June 8, 2021, Knoxville, Tennessee remote trial session.

The foregoing considered and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed September 25, 2020, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause, served September 30, 2020, is discharged.
