This case was continued from the Court's February 28, 2022, San Diego, California trial session, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On April 5, 2024, the parties filed a joint Status Report requesting additional time to submit decision documents or file further reports. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before June 7, 2024, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents or file further status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.

The parties are advised that if they are unable to demonstrate additional progress toward resolution of this case without trial, this case will be set for trial at the next available San Diego, California trial session.
