ORDER


On March 28, 2001, the court issued its Memorandum and Order (Doc. 250) ruling on defendants' motions for summary judgment. The order was filed under seal. The court, however, ordered the parties to show cause by April 18, 2001, as to why the court should not unseal its order. Having no papers filed by any party, the court is compelled to unseal its order.

IT IS THEREFORE BY THIS COURT ORDERED that the court's March 28, 2001, Memorandum and Order (Doc. 250) is unsealed.
