ORDER


AND NOW, this day of ____, 2004, upon consideration of Defendants' Motion for Sanctions pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED as follows:

1. Plaintiffs' counsel is hereby ORDERED to pay defense counsel $500.00 in sanctions for the preparation of the within Motion, and the Motion to Enforce the Arbitration Award.

2. Plaintiffs' counsel is ORDERED to pay to the Clerk of the Court for the U.S. District Court for the District of Eastern Pennsylvania sanctions in the amount of $1,000.00.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
