We REINSTATE this appeal.

We abated this appeal on March 6, 2024, for the trial court to make findings concerning appellant's brief. On May 15, 2024, appellant's counsel filed her fourth motion for extension of time to file the brief and tendered appellant's brief.

We VACATE this Court's order of March 6, 2024, to the extent the order required the trial court to hold a hearing and make findings. The trial court need not hold the hearing or make the findings required by that order.

Appellant's motion for extension of time to file the brief is GRANTED, and we ORDER the brief received with the motion filed as of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Tammy Kemp, Presiding Judge, 204th Judicial District Court; Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Kendra Thibodeaux, Official Court Reporter, 204th District Court; Christina O'Neil, Chief Judicial Staff Counsel for the Criminal District Courts, Dallas County; and counsel for all parties.
