ORDER
Applicants, Govind Hospitality, LLC, Mayur Patel, and Vimal Patel, sought supervisory review of the trial court's ruling denying applicants' motion for summary judgment. Applicants have since advised this Court that the parties have resolved and settled the claims raised in this writ application and filed an ex parte motion to voluntarily dismiss the writ application in compliance with U.R.C.A. 2-8.4. The motion is granted, and the writ application is dismissed.
