ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge

On March 2, 2023, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that a basis of settlement had been reached. In that status report, sixty days were requested to prepare and sign decision documents to file with the Court.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's March 27, 2023, Los Angeles, California, trial session. There was no appearance by or on behalf of the petitioner. Respondent appeared and was heard.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding it is ORDERED that this case is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that on or before May 26, 2023, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or a joint status report stating the-then present status of the case.
