Rankins v. Rankins

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, First Circuit
Oct 6, 1980
392 So. 2d 142 (La. Ct. App. 1980)

Opinion

No. 13563.

October 6, 1980.

On appeal from the Family Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge; Anthony J. Graphia, Judge.

Joel B. Dickinson, Baton Rouge, for plaintiff-appellant, Johnny Rankins.

Alfred W. Speer, Baton Rouge, for defendant-appellee, Surlia Williams Rankins.

Before ELLIS, COLE and WATKINS, JJ.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the East Baton Rouge Family Court denying a father's petition to alter a prior judgment of that Court awarding custody to the mother. We have thoroughly reviewed the record and find no error in fact or in law in the trial court's determination that custody should remain in the mother.

AFFIRMED.
