On July 5, 2022, respondent filed in the above-docketed matter a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. Subsequently, on August 31, 2022, petitioners filed an initial response, principally requesting additional time to prepare a more comprehensive response.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 4, 2022, petitioners may file a First Supplement to Response to Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, if any, setting forth more fully their position.
