By Order dated November 15, 2021, this case was calendared for trial at the Court's February 22, 2022 New York, New York trial session. On January 22, 2022, petitioners filed a motion for continuance of trial. On February 3, 2022, the undersigned (1) granted the motion, (2) continued this case, (3) retained jurisdiction and (4) directed the parties to file status report(s) by March 18, 2022. On March 18, 2022, respondent filed a status report indicating that he has requested more documentation from petitioners and the issues in this case remain under review. On March 19, 2022 petitioners filed a status report indicating that they are continuing to work on their case.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is no longer retained by the undersigned and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition in due course.
