GRANTED APPEAL SUMMARY

Assignment of Error

1. The trial court erroneously dismissed the case in its entirety by granting Hyundai Motor America's Motion for Summary Judgment which argued that since a buyback offer was made in pre-litigation the entire case should be dismissed as a matter of law. [Written Statement of Facts at 2-3; Preserved by Plaintiff counsel's endorsement of the Order granting summary judgment).
