STIPULATION, AGREEMENT AND ORDER EXTENDING INITIAL SCHEDULING DATES


COME NOW THE PARTIES in the above entitled action, by and through their undersigned counsel of record, and STIPULATE AND AGREE that the initial scheduling dates set by the court be extended by one month until after Plaintiff's Motion to Remand has been heard and decided.
