ORDER

Per Curiam:

Mr. Joshua Randolph (Randolph) appeals the Jackson County Circuit Court judgment denying on the merits his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with Rule 84.16(b).
