ORDER

This case is scheduled for trial at the trial session scheduled to commence on March 28, 2022, for cases where Albuquerque, New Mexico, is the place of trial. On March 4, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. Due to an error in the docket number, it was stricken from the record and the Court ordered the parties to file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision on or before March 21, 2022. On March 21, 2022, respondent filed a status report requesting additional time to submit the Proposed Stipulated Decision.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on March 28, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 21, 2022, the parties shall electronically submit a stipulated decision or file a joint status report. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
