Deborah Randolph filed an interlocutory appeal of the trial court's order granting the City of Huntsville's plea to the jurisdiction. We have been informed that the parties have settled their dispute regarding this appeal. Accordingly, this appeal of the interlocutory order is dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1.
