This case was called from the calendar for the remote Trial Session of the Court at Las Vegas, Nevada, on December 6, 2021. There was no appearance by or on behalf of petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 20, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report. It is further
