MEMORANDUM OPINION


By letter dated January 14, 2008, we notified appellant that his brief was overdue and directed him to file the brief within ten days. We further warned appellant that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. Nevertheless, to date, we have not received appellant's brief or any other correspondence from appellant regarding the brief. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1).
