ORDER

DENNIS M. COTA UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

Plaintiff, who is proceeding with retained counsel, brings this civil action. The matter is set for an in-person hearing before the undersigned in Redding, California, on July 8, 2021, at 1:30 p.m., to allow the Court to take the testimony of Plaintiff's forensic accounting expert, Mr. Macias, and such other testimony or evidence as the Plaintiff may elect to offer in support of the pending Motion for Default Judgment.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
