This case is calendared for trial at a special session of the Court beginning on June 17, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee. On January 5, 2024, the Court held an informal conference call with the parties to discuss several outstanding Motions. Pursuant to that conference call, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Proposed Facts and Evidence Should Not be Accepted as Established Pursuant to Rule 91(f), filed October 27, 2023, at docket entry #99, is held in abeyance. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Protective Order Pursuant to Rule 103, filed September 29, 2023, at docket entry #77, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Compel Discovery, filed October 12, 2023, at docket entry #82, is denied without prejudice at this time. It is further

ORDERD that petitioner's Motion to Compel Discovery, filed October 12, 2023, at docket entry #84, is denied without prejudice at this time. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 8, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
